The following terms will clarify what to expect during the commission process. When payment is made that is your acknowledgment that you have read and agreed to all of the following terms. I retain all copyright to the piece.Usage for AI or NFT content or profiting off the art in any way is prohibited.You may post the piece or use it as a profile picture with a tag/link to the corresponding social media. The correct links can be found on the homepage of this website.Changes
All pieces will have a version for you to proof and accept, or make changes. Once you have accepted the proof version, any changes will be subject to a fee. Major changes that differ from the original description are subject to fee.Examples of major changes that are subject to fee on the proof version include background change, pose change, or any major part of the sketch requested to be completely redone.All changes to the proof version must be sent in a single list. Once these changes are made you will receive a second and final proof.EtceteraPhotographic references of the subjects must be provided. Details such as poses or outfits can be written. The more details you provide will help me to create what you envision.I do not draw ANYTHING pornographic or suggestive in nature, discriminatory/offensive, or excessively violent.
